Promotional Offer Policy
Each new patient is eligible for one free consultation through this promotional offer. Attempts to redeem more than one promotional offer may result in cancellation of any additional claims. If you purchase additional services and request a refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted to cover transaction costs.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will include a 5% deduction for administrative and processing fees and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate you, but refunds will not be issued for missed or rescheduled appointments due to late arrival.
